On behalf of the Tagata Moana Psychotherapist Collective (TMPC) we stand alongside our Pasifika rainbow communities and support and awhi them.
We also want to acknowledge that the acronyms MVPFAFF+ were termed by Pasifika rainbow communities to recognise their experience of exclusion in LGBTQIA+ circles.
Finally to say that we hear and stand in support for Rainbow community and the intersectionalities people of the Pacific Islands, and everyone else who are part of the multi-ethnic context of Aotearoa who navigate a sense of belonging in their gender and/sexuality identities alongside other integral parts of their lives within their respective ethnic and cultural communities.
